This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
Returns or refunds are accepted if:
- Product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Product does not match website description.
- Order not delivered within 45 days of shipment (excluding force majeure).
- Contact made within 7 days of receipt.
To initiate, email supportrevorelief@gmail.com with:
- Order number.
- Photos/videos of issue.
- Description of problem.
For defects, provide unboxing and setup video per user guide to verify.
2. Video Proof and Compensation
- With complete video showing correct use but failure: Full replacement or refund, including reshipment costs.
- Without video, for international returns: May offer 50% partial refund due to high shipping fees.
Returns routed to nearest warehouse (Asia, Europe, North America) for efficiency.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
No returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect/incomplete address.
- Change of mind or wrong order.
- Delays from customs or couriers.
- Used, washed, or customer-damaged items.
- Clearance, promotional, or personalized products.
- Hygiene items like massage devices.
4. Return Process
If approved:
- Email provides return address and instructions.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging.
- Customer pays return shipping unless defective/incorrect.
- Use trackable method recommended.
5. Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection:
- Notification of approval/rejection.
- Approved refunds to original method within 5–10 business days.
- Times vary by provider.
- No refunds to alternative accounts.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If delayed:
- Check account.
- Contact provider.

7. Exchanges
Replacements only for defective/damaged items. Email within 7 days with order number and evidence.
8. Order Cancellations
Cancellable within 24 hours if not processed/shipped. No changes post-production/shipping.
9. Limitations of Liability
Post-shipment, not responsible for:
- Courier delays.
- Lost/stolen "delivered" packages.
